Gabrielle Lee, MA is the Program Manager of the Rising Blazers Community Youth Development Program. Gabrielle has worked as an advocate through servant leadership by assessing the needs of staff and peers while providing them with support through self-empowerment and resilience programming. She brings her expertise in program management and strategic planning. She has a commitment to ensuring university and organizations evaluate policies and procedures to secure a welcoming environment that supports and propels student success. She has assisted in developing a Youth Program for Mid Delta students in Monroe County. As the Program Manager, she has curated, developed, and implemented the program's first mentoring program for UNTD's ECHS program. Gabrielle has a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from the University of Central Arkansas.
